My hair is super dark brown too, it is like espresso, for me and hopefully you, would be to have dark auburn highlights, they aren't super noticeable, so they should look amazing! :]

Well I have the same statistics as you and I just got my hair done with red, and caramel highlights and I thought it was going to look horrible but it actually is the best my hair has ever come out.

Darker highlights trust me. I once tried blonde and it was a nightmare. Dark hair s HARD to convert and even worse...... it destroys your hair

Peekaboo meaniong flashes?? Well, red, darker than your natural? But these are lowlights not highlights, you could always have bleach flashes, but flashes tend to get boring
